Kai Megerle, MD, PhD
Dr. Megerle’s approach to peripheral nerve surgery was shaped by his time at some of the world's most prestigious medical institutions. He honed his microsurgical skills at some of Europe's elite institutions, including Europe’s largest hand surgery center in Bad Neustadt/Saale and the renowned BG Trauma Center in Ludwigshafen, Germany.
Following exclusive fellowships at Stanford University and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, Dr. Megerle returned to Munich to serve as Chief of the division of Hand Surgery and Professor for Plastic Surgery at the Technical University of Munich (TUM).
Today, as Chief of Plastic Surgery at Schoen Clinic Munich Harlaching—one of Germany's leading specialized centers—he focuses his profound expertise on complex peripheral nerve conditions.
